H13 Steel is used to manufacture forging dies, hot extrusion dies and precision forging dies with large impact load; Die casting dies for aluminum, copper and their alloys.

H12 hot working die steel has good heat resistance, good strength and hardness at high temperature, high wear resistance and toughness, and good thermal fatigue performance.

H12 hot working die steel is generally recommended for hot working applications that require most crack resistance. These applications include hot punches, die casting molds, forming molds, hot scissors, hot fixture molds and extrusion tools.

1.2080 steel has high wear resistance and long service life, and is suitable for various cold stamping dies, cold shear blades, thread take-up plates and other complex and possibly deformed tool dies.

1.2083 mold steel has good polishing and excellent wear resistance, which is commonly used in acid proof plastic dies.

1.2083 mold steel is suitable for electric etching operation, acid plastics and dies requiring good polishing. It is mainly used in the production of PVC molds, wear resistance and filler molds, including thermosetting plastic molds and long-life molds, such as molds for disposable tableware, production of optical product components, such as cameras, solar lenses, medical containers, etc.

HD steel is a kind of high toughness, air cooling hardening hot working die steel. HD steel has good high temperature strength and toughness, high temperature hardness, thermal stability and thermal fatigue resistance.

HD steel is often used for hot extrusion punch of steel medicine pipe, extrusion bottom die and perforation needle of copper alloy pipe, hot extrusion bearing punch and concave die, valve extrusion low die and so on. The service life is longer than that of H21 steel.

S7 steel is a kind of air or Oil hardened tool steel with high impact toughness. The combination of strength and high toughness makes it a candidate for various tool applications.

S7 tool steel is often used for cold working tools that need to resist high impact and impact loads, such as shear blades, forging dies, clamping dies, chisels and punches.

D6 tool steel has the characteristics of high hardenability, hardenability, strength and toughness, wear resistance and small quenching volume deformation.

D6 tool steel is suitable for cold stamping die, wire drawing die, drawing die, embossing die, wire rolling die, wire rolling plate, cold upsetting die and cold extrusion die.

1.2316 is a kind of pre hardened and tempered plastic tool steel. Excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance and toughness, good thermal fatigue resistance, uniform material hardness and superior polishing performance.

1.2316 tool steel is especially suitable for thermoplastic corrosive plastics, transparent and mirror products and molds.

4Cr13 steel is suitable for high mirror surface and high precision injection mold core and cavity. Or as hot oil pump, valve plate, valve bearing, medical device, spring and other parts with corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
